Over the years, I’ve developed a wide range of custom-designed frameworks, reflection tools, and inquiry-based exercises. These aren’t worksheets for the sake of worksheets. They’re clarity tools designed to surface insight, reveal patterns, and help you move forward with intention.

I don’t use them as a fixed curriculum. Instead, I draw from them selectively, adapting what’s most useful for you, your context, and what’s unfolding in real time.

Most sessions are deeply conversational. Others include thoughtfully chosen prompts or tools that help illuminate patterns, integrate insight, or create momentum between sessions.
